1. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through PickAPrint.Shop are subject to acceptance, availability, and review. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, production limitations, or violations of these policies.

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, you will be refunded to your original payment method.

2. No Refund Policy

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has been placed or production has started, it cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged unless required by law or approved solely at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, PickAPrint.Shop is not responsible for loss, theft, delays, carrier mistakes, or damage during shipping.

• We are not liable for packages damaged during shipping.
• We do not refund orders due to shipping damage, carrier delay, loss, or theft.
• Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier when applicable.
• Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Product Images, Colors & Display Differences

Product photos, renderings, and mockups shown on PickAPrint.Shop are intended to be the best representation of the product. However, the actual item may vary slightly.

Colors, textures, sizing appearance, and finishes may differ due to lighting, material batches, printer settings, photography, and differences in customer monitor, phone, or display settings.

These normal variations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

5. 3D Printed Product Notice

Many PickAPrint.Shop products are made using 3D printing. Because of this process, small cosmetic differences may occur and are considered normal.

• Visible layer lines
• Small surface blemishes
• Slight color differences
• Minor dimensional differences
• Small imperfections from the printing process

These characteristics are not considered product defects.

6. Product Safety

Customers are responsible for the safe use, handling, and storage of products purchased from PickAPrint.Shop.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are sold as novelty, decorative, collectible, fidget, organizational, or general-use items.

PickAPrint.Shop is not responsible for injury, misuse, improper handling, improper installation, property damage, or failure to follow product instructions.

7. Small Parts & Choking Hazard

Some products may contain small parts and may present a choking hazard. Products are not intended for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is recommended.

8. Food Safety Disclaimer

Unless a product is specifically labeled as food-safe, products from PickAPrint.Shop are not intended for direct food contact.

3D printed items may contain small layer lines or surface areas that can collect debris or bacteria. Customers are responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and using any product appropriately.

Unless clearly stated, products are not dishwasher safe, microwave safe, oven safe, or heat resistant.

9. Custom Orders

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged, or canceled once production begins.

Customers submitting custom designs, images, logos, files, names, or text confirm they have the legal right to use that material. PickAPrint.Shop reserves the right to reject any custom order at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All PickAPrint.Shop logos, branding, product photos, website text, graphics, designs, and original content are the property of PickAPrint.Shop unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Pricing, Errors & Website Changes

We make every effort to provide accurate pricing, product descriptions, images, and availability. However, errors may occur.

PickAPrint.Shop reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, change pricing, discontinue products, or cancel orders resulting from incorrect information.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickAPrint.Shop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the purchase, use, misuse, delivery, delay, or performance of any product.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

13. Force Majeure

PickAPrint.Shop is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, equipment failure, power outages, supply shortages, labor disruptions, shipping carrier delays, internet outages, or government actions.

14. Governing Law

These policies and terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
